Dearest LORD...
Thank you for the little things
That fill my heart with hope.
For thinking of these little things
Sure seems to change the scope...
Budding flowers, seedling trees,
A warm afternoon and a cool summer breeze..

..I sat relaxing...
I decided to talk with the Lord;
I needed to feel His answers-
for He does answer...when we pray.
I thought of you too, my friend;
and told God...how I felt;
I knew He would understand-
although, I am not eloquent.
My Lord takes these heartfelt
feelings-
sometimes, accompanied with tears,
and uses His answers, when needed-
by those for whom my heart pleads for.
If you should feel His gentle hug-
Loving you un-expectedly today,
that may have been His answer-
to that prayer...my heart sent His way!

To Find True Peace & Be Saved You Need To Know This.

John 3:16 Romans 10:9 |
| Pray This Simple Prayer & Believe ! My friend if you have said that prayer and meant it with all of your heart. Then let me say, that the Angels in Heaven are rejoicing over you. Hallelujah! And we here at We Praise Him rejoice with them. And we want to welcome you to the Family of God. In Romans 10:10 |
HEALTH QUESTION & ANSWER SESSION!
Q: I've heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolong life; is this true?
A: Your heart is only good for so many beats, and that's it... don't waste them on exercise. Everything wears out eventually. Speeding up your heart will not make you live longer; that's like saying you can extend the life of your car by driving it faster. Want to live longer? Take a nap.
Q: Should I cut down on meat and eat more fruits and vegetables?
A: You must grasp logistical efficiencies. What does a cow eat? Hay and corn. And what are these? Vegetables. So a steak is nothing more than an efficient mechanism of delivering vegetables to your system. Need grain? Eat chicken. Beef is also a good source of field grass (green leafy vegetable). And a pork chop can give you 100% of your recommended daily allowance of vegetable products.
Q: Should I reduce my alcohol intake?
A: No, not at all. Wine is made from fruit. Brandy is distilled wine, that means they take the water out of the fruity bit so you get even more of the goodness that way. Beer is also made out of grain. Bottoms up!
Q: How can I calculate my body / fat ratio?
A: Well, if you have a body and you have fat, your ratio is one to one. If you have two bodies, your ratio is two to one, etc.
Q: What are some of the advantages of participating in a regular exercise program?
A: Can't think of a single one, sorry. My philosophy is: No Pain...Good!
Q: Aren't fried foods bad for you?
A: YOU'RE NOT LISTENING!!!... Foods are fried these days in vegetable oil. In fact, they're permeated in it. How could getting more vegetables be bad for you?
Q: Will sit-ups help prevent me from getting a little soft around the middle?
A: Definitely not! When you exercise a muscle, it gets bigger. You should only be doing sit-ups if you want a bigger stomach.
Q: Is chocolate bad for me?
A: Are you crazy? HELLO . Cocoa beans! Another vegetable!!! It's the best feel-good food around!
Q: Is swimming good for your figure?
A: If swimming is good for your figure, explain whales to me.
Q: Is getting in-shape important for my lifestyle?
A: Hey! 'Round' is a shape!
Well, I hope this has cleared up any misconceptions you may have had about food and diets.
And remember:
"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Cabernet in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO, What a Ride"

"THE PRESENT..."
"The Man on the Other Bed".
Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room.
One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluid from his lungs. His bed was next to the room's only window.
The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back.
The men talked for hours on end.
They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where they had been on vacation.
Every afternoon, when the man in the bed by the window could sit up, he would pass the time by describing to his roommate all the things he coul d see outside the window.
The man in the other bed began to live for those one hour periods where his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and color of the world outside.
The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake. Ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed their model boats. Young lovers walked arm in arm amidst flowers of every color and a fine view of the city skyline could be seen in the distance.
As the man by the window described all this in exquisite details, the man on the other side of the room would close his eyes and imagine this picturesque scene.
One warm afternoon, the man by the window described a parade passing by.
Days, weeks and months passed.
One morning, the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths only to find the lifeless body of the man by the window, who had died peacefully in his sleep. She was saddened and called the hospital attendants to take the body away.
As soon as it seemed appropriate, the other man asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse was happy to make the switch, and after making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone.
Slowly, painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first look at the real world outside. He strained to slowly turn to look out the window besides the bed.
It faced a blank wall.
The man asked the nurse what could have compelled his deceased roommate who had described such wonderful things outside this window.
The nurse responded that the man was blind and could not even see the wall.
She said, 'Perh aps he just wanted to encourage you.'
There is tremendous happiness in making others happy, despite our own situations.
If you want to feel rich, just count all the things you have that money can't buy.
'Today is a gift, that is why it is called The Present .'

Some good advice for everyone..........
An Angel says, 'Never borrow from the future. If you worry about what may happen tomorrow and it doesn't happen, you have worried in vain. Even if it does happen, you have to worry twice.'
1. Pray
2. Go to bed on time.
3. Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed.
4. Say No to projects that won't fit into your time schedule, or that will compromise your mental health.
5. Delegate tasks to capable others.
6. Simplify and unclutter your life.
7. Less is more. (Although one is often not enough, two are often too many.)
8. Allow extra time to do things and to get to places.
9. Pace yourself. Spread out big changes and difficult projects over time; don't lump the hard things all together.
10. Take one day at a time.
11. Separate worries from concerns . If a situation is a concern, find out what God would have you do and let go of the anxiety . If you can't do anything about a situation, forget it.
12. Live within your budget; don't use credit cards for ordinary purchases.
13. Have backups; an extra car key in your wallet, an extra house key buried in the garden, extra stamps, etc.
14. K.M.S. (Keep Mouth Shut). This single piece of advice can prevent an enormous amount of trouble.
15. Do something for the Kid in You everyday.
16. Carry a Bible with you to read while waiting in line.
17. Get enough rest.
18. Eat right.
20. Listen to a tape while driving that can help improve your quality of life.
21. Write down thoughts and inspirations.
22. Every day, find time to be alone.
23. Having problems? Talk to God on the spot. Try to nip small problems in the bud. Don't wait until it's time to go to bed to try and pray.
24. Make friends with Godly people.
25. Keep a folder of favorite scriptures on hand.
27. Laugh.
28. Laugh some more!
29. Take your work seriously, but not yourself at all.
30. Develop a forgiving attitude (most people are doing the best they can).
31. Be kind to unkind people (they probably need it the most).
32. Sit on your ego.
33 Talk less; listen more.
34. Slow down.
35. Remind yourself that you are not the general manager of the universe.
36 . Every night before bed, think of one thing you're grateful for that you've never been grateful for before. GOD HAS A WAY OF TURNING THINGS AROUND FOR YOU.

Healthy Reading ...
This is a very good article. It is not only about drinking warm water after your meal, but about also about Heart Attacks . The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
C ommon Symptoms Of Heart Attack...
A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting .. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line .
You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive.
A cardiologist says if everyone who reads this message sends it to 10 people, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life. Read this & Send to a friend. It could save a life. So, please be a true friend and send this article to all your friends you care about.

We caN...
We can’t have it all. --- There are many things in life that we can’t control. Change is always constant and we are one of its victims.
As we continue in our own journey, there are many trials that we have to face, events that we have to cherish and lessons to ponder. We are all soldiers of our own kingdom, master at the same time slave. We are the ones who drive our lives. We are the ones to choose which is good and which is bad.
With this unpredictable journey, we might get along with others. These people are just like us, who seek also for justice and longed for eternal happiness. But what really could make us happy? What really is this something, which drives us to seek more even we get less; to strive hard, even we obtain none and to move fast even everything turns slow.
There are really obstacles that make us miserable, sad and broken; yes, we are sometimes victims of other people… it may change our moods, ideas and actions, but we should also consider others who might get hurt with these mixed emotions which in turn, we are the same with those whom we hate…
Thus, there are also happenings, chances or instances that we feel superior among others. Yes, we are wrong with the notation that we don’t have the right to have more compared to others who had less… but, we are wrong with the notation that we should do everything, whatever it takes just to have whatever we want; as said:
“The End Justify The Means” --- in short, whatever it takes, who ever get hurt or how dangerous it is to us and to others, we don’t care for it. For as long as we do our job, we do what we want and we take risks even in doubt.
On the other hand, what I believe is this,
“The Means Justify The End” --- with this journey in life, we might not have the things that we want but only what we need; we might not get superior with others but we get united in harmony in them….
Life is simple, but it is not easy. You may have problems, but also others may do. Let’s not make our journey complicated, for the way is clear but only with our will is not of pure heart.

YOU'RE ALWAYS IN MY HEART..
Everywhere and everywhen;
I think about you always;
How you are and how you've been...
Every here, every there
Every promise, every prayer;
No matter where we both shall go,
You're with me everywhere.

I keep you in my heart
and my prayers at all times!

Powerful Poem...
May you trust your highest power that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you.
May you be content knowing you are a child of God.
Let this presence settle into our bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, and to bask in the sun. It is there for each and every one of you.

...missing someone
I just don't know what to do-
Whenever you're gone
My days are so blue..
Whenever you're near
You make every day bright,
You put joy in my heart
And bring light to my life!
I wish you were here now,
Because I miss you, it's true.
I miss the way you make me happy
And all the little things you do.
THANK YOU!
